In most Indian towns, buying a plot still starts the same way: you walk into a broker's office, hear a price with no proof behind it, and find out about approvals only at the registration office. Families lose savings to B-patta layouts and assigned land every year.

LandLink India turns that upside down. Agents, brokers, developers and owners register like restaurants on a food app — with their RERA number, service areas, ratings and even the vehicle they bring for site visits. Every listing sits in one of two clearly separated sections: approved and pakka, or unregistered and risk-labelled.

We started in Andhra Pradesh — Guntur, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Nellore, Tirupati and the Amaravati capital region — in Telugu and English, and we are expanding district by district across India.
