Privacy notice
LandLink India collects personal data only with your consent, and only what is needed to help you buy or sell property. This notice explains exactly what we collect and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, book a site visit or subscribe to updates, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email, profession, budget range, preferred property type, your message and any photo you choose to attach. We never take photographs of you and we cannot see your profession unless you tell us.
Website usage data
For every page view we record the page visited, the referring page, your device type, browser, operating system and an approximate city-level location derived from your IP address. We do not store your IP address or use it to identify you personally.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange site visits, share matching listings and documents, and to understand which pages and districts are most in demand so we can improve the marketplace.
Consent and your rights
Every form carries a consent checkbox and we only contact you if you tick it. You may ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent — we will act on it and stop contacting you.
Sharing
Your enquiry is shared only with the agent, owner or developer responsible for the property you asked about. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. Website usage data is kept for 12 months in aggregate form.
